Forget the gym … bounce your way to fitness!
XJump Fit sessions are an exciting high-energy alternative to the gym, and ten minutes bouncing on a trampoline can be an equivalent cardiovascular workout to thirty minutes jogging – so ditch the trainers and grab your jump socks!
Our qualified fitness instructor has designed a whole body workout, helping you to lose weight, get fitter, stronger and more toned!
Our sessions are suitable for abilities, so wherever you are on your fitness journey come along and get involved in the fun!

When are your Fit sessions?
Mondays 7pm & Wednesdays 7pm

Please check our booking page to view available sessions and book your space. We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as we have limited spaces available.
All participants are required to wear trampoline grip socks. These can be purchased for £1.50 per pair and kept for future use.
Don’t forget to stamp your reward card when you check-in and earn yourself a free Fit session for all your hard work!
We require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation and we will transfer your booking to another session date. Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge meaning you will lose the session.
